Attendance
Unless specifically stated otherwise, students must attend the entirety of a course to receive credit for attending. If a student does not complete a course in its entirety, they may be dismissed from the course and will not receive a refund. Do not schedule anything else during class time, and do not schedule anything immediately after a class is set to end in case it runs over. Our class times are approximate, and class length may vary depending on a variety of factors including class size.
Late Attendance

Class Location
Unless otherwise noted, classes are held at 245 W. 6th Ave. in Junction City, OR 97448. Our Training Site is located in a block of other businesses directly across from US Bank next to Edward Jones. Classes held at other locations will be clearly stated in course details and description.
Parking
Street parking is first come first serve and is limited to 2 hours during normal business hours. The best parking is the free city lot located behind the building next to Founder’s Park. (See Map)

Drop-Ins / Walk-Ins
Unfortunately due to the logistical requirements of many of our classes, we cannot accept drop-ins or walk-ins. To attend a class, please sign up for it ahead of time through our website.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
Many courses, activities, and certifications have minimum technology, equipment, physical ability, eligibility, or other requirements necessary for successful participation and/or are requirements for receiving certification. If students are unable to meet the minimum requirements they may be excused, or may be listed as not passing and have to sign up again in the future; and will not receive a refund. Students are responsible for insuring they meet all minimum class requirements, equipment, and/or eligibility prior to registering for a class.
PLEASE NOTE: All certification courses require that students adequately complete all tasks, assignments, activities, and grading benchmarks without assistance or accommodation; as required by the specific licensing rules.
Runtime
At Training Solutions International we teach to the standard, not the clock. Class and activity times are listed only as approximations assuming average number of participants and ideal circumstances.
Payment
If registering for a class online, you will be directed to pay when you check out. For Drop-Ins, Walk-Ins, and those who register via email or phone, payment may be made via online invoice or in person on the day of the class. We accept cash or card, but please no personal checks.

Invoices
We can offer invoicing as a payment option for most of our classes by request. For regularly scheduled classes we charge an additional invoice processing fee of $25.00 per student. All class signups for regularly scheduled classes must still go through our website, so to pay by invoice we will have to set you up with an account that allows to sign up students without having to pay at checkout. Please contact us for more information.
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice being posted.
If the invoice is not paid after 30 days from being posted, a 1% late fee may be applied per day that it remains unpaid. For clients who routinely wait until the very end of the 30 day period to pay their invoices, or are regularly late in payment; a shorter payment period of 15 days may be assessed. If the invoice is not paid after 15 days from being posted, a 1% late fee may be applied per day that it remains unpaid.
Refund / Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you purchase a class and do not complete it, are unsuccessful or do not attend it, we cannot issue a refund; you will have to sign up and pay for another class. If you know ahead of time that you will be unable to attend a class you must contact us at least 4 days (96 hours) prior to the day of your booking to request a refund or to reschedule your attendance to a class on a different date. A class reschedule request may only be made once for free, a fee of $25.00 will be charged for each additional request made after that. All reschedule requests must occur within the next 4 instances a class is offered, and is dependent on seats available. If for some reason you do not attend a rescheduled course, we cannot issue a refund. We cannot make guarantees for any refund or reschedule requests made less than 4 days prior to the day of the class, and any requests may be subject to either a $25.00 fee, or a 10% fee, whichever is larger. Absolutely no reschedule requests will be considered or honored past the final day of the class, for any reason. For all refund requests greater than 4 days from the start of the class, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged, unless the course was cancelled or rescheduled by TSI. All reschedule and refund requests should be made by email to create a searchable record. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for blended learning or online E-learning courses.
If we have to cancel a class due to low attendance, instructor illness, or any other issue; we will either offer to exchange the class for the same class on a different day, or issue you a full refund.
If you are purchasing a class registration for someone other than yourself, you must include at minimum the student’s full name, a valid email address, and phone number. This is required for us to add them to the class roster, and send out any information related to the class. IMPORTANT: Class information emails are sent out automatically upon completing a purchase. If you do not include this information and the student does not receive the class information and misses the class as a result, you will have to pay for another class. The class attendance will not be rescheduled and you will not receive a refund.

Any classes with less than the minimum required students enrolled may be subject to cancellation. Outdoor classes and activities may be subject to cancellation or reschedule on account of weather or other hazardous conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class or activity at any time for any reason, and to dismiss problem or unqualified students at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to block problem students from signing up for or attending future courses, activities, etc.

Online / Instructor-Led / Blended / Hybrid Courses
All of our Online Instructor-Led Courses utilize the Zoom video conferencing software. You can download the Zoom Client for Meetings application by clicking below. If you select a course that is offered in an online instructor-led, blended, or hybrid format, after checking out you will receive an email from a Training Solutions International email address that contains a Zoom link and/or login information for the class. IMPORTANT: Class information emails are sent out automatically upon completing a purchase. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If you still have not received an email please contact us on the next business day that we are open. You will then login to the class using the link provided (For Zoom-based classes, when it is time for your class). The Zoom client application is free to use, paid subscriptions are only required for meeting hosts.
IF FOR SOME REASON YOU MISS A CLASS BECAUSE THE LOGIN WAS IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER, IT WILL BE COUNTED AS A “NO SHOW” AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER CLASS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
Custom Training
We accept training requests for many of our classes. Don’t see a class you want to take on the calendar? Let us know and we will do our best to get it added. We can schedule custom classes at our site for groups of 6 or more (depending on instructor and site availability, requests for weekend days may also require a higher minimum number depending on the class). Groups of less than 6 can either request the class be added to the training calendar, schedule a special small group class (at an increased rate), or join a waitlist until we have enough people to put on a class. We will travel to client sites to do classes for groups of 8 or more (Minimum number may vary depending on class requested and how full our training schedule is). We charge a flat fee based on distance from our site to the client site. If you are located within our service area, travel is free. We offer group discounts for large groups for some courses, please contact us for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: For all custom courses and training, we bill for the amount of students the client indicates will attend, or the amount of students that actually attend; whichever is larger. All quotes expire after 30 days if not acted upon.
Blended Courses
All required online class section(s) must be completed prior to the scheduled date of the skills session. If required online section(s) are not complete, then students may be terminated from the class and will not receive a refund. Students may be granted the ability to reschedule the skills session one (1) time to a later date based on the specific class type and at the discretion of the instructor.
Unless otherwise posted, skills sessions for blended learning courses must be completed within 60 days of completing the online portion of the course.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in unopened and/or new condition to be eligible for exchange or refund. Buyer pays all return shipping fees.
Liability and Legal Release Policy
I, who have registered and anticipate full participation in this course, to be delivered on this date; in for and in consideration of the services of TRAINING SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, LLC, its agents, instructor(s), officers, representatives, directors, volunteers, participants, employees, staff and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on behalf of Training Solutions International, LLC. I hereby fully acknowledge, understand, agree to, release and hold harmless Training Solutions International LLC, on behalf of myself, acting agents representing both real or personal property, heirs, next of kin, assigns, personal representative and estate and acknowledge each Article as follows:
1. I acknowledge the risks and dangers that exist in my participation in TSI courses and training. I assume the risk(s) which could result in physical and/or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third-parties. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity(ies). The risk(s) include, but are not limited to, among other things: the undersigned or third-parties being shot by a firearm; suffering hearing loss, eye injury or loss, inhalation or contact with airborne contaminants, and/or flying debris, exposure to OC/ASR/pepper spray/CS gas and other similar chemical agents, including both live and inert, exposure to electroshock devices, and being struck anywhere on my person (body), exposure to risks inherent to outdoor activities such as bodily injury and death, animal and insect bites, inclement weather and environments, tiredness, fatigue, heat and cold related injuries, and poisonous plants. I also acknowledge that I can be expected to receive bruises, bodily discomfort, redness, and slight injuries as a result of participating in these activities of necessity and require that I endure periods of discomfort and pain. Furthermore, I understand that the INSTRUCTOR(S), have a difficult job to perform. The INSTRUCTOR(S) seeks safety, but the INSTRUCTOR(S) is not infallible. The INSTRUCTOR(S) might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or abilities. The INSTRUCTOR(S) may give inadequate warnings or instructions, and the equipment used might malfunction.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept all of the risks existing in this activity. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Training Solutions International LLC, its agents, officers, representatives, directors, officers, volunteers, participants, employees and staff against loss or expense including attorney’s fees, by reason of the liability imposed by law upon Training Solutions International LLC. It is further understood and agreed that this WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK shall (at the option of Training Solutions International LLC) defend Training Solutions International LLC. I will provide appropriate counsel and shall further bear all costs and expenses, including the expense of counsel in the defense of any litigation, mediation and or arbitration suit arising hereunder. It is further agreed that all disputes shall be submitted to binding and litigated or arbitrated within the State’s jurisdiction and venue of Training solutions International LLC registered office and settled in accordance with the rules of the Court or the American Arbitration Association. I hereby voluntarily release Training Solutions International LLC, its agents, officers, representatives, directors, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and staff, forever (discharge) and agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of any equipment or facilities including any and all, but not limited to, indoor or outdoor shooting ranges, including any such Claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Training Solutions International LLC, its agents, officers, representatives, directors, officers, volunteers, participants, staff and employees.
3. I agree to be personally responsible for my own safety. I agree to follow all instructions given by INSTRUCTOR(S) immediately, except if I should have any reservations about any of the INSTRUCTOR(S)’ instructions, I shall, while maintaining safety for myself and others, immediately notify of such. I may choose NOT to participate in any activity in this course of instruction that I deem unsafe. I additionally acknowledge that the INSTRUCTOR(S) may, at any time, make a judgment call such as but not limited to safety, disorderly conduct, or acting in an unprofessional or unsafe manner and should I fail to correct my actions after being warned, the INSTRUCTOR(S) may use their own discretion and determine whether or not I may continue with the course by termination. Upon termination, I understand that I will have to leave the course/facility immediately and not be entitled to any refund of monies paid and all materials presented to me on that day or any related materials/equipment to the course will be returned as property of Training Solutions International LLC.
4. I agree that at anytime, if I am not capable, whether physically/mentally challenged in completing the required demands and/or functions of the course, I am required to immediately advise the INSTRUCTOR(S). I agree to perform the techniques and skills taught at no greater speed or force level that I am comfortable with and competent at. I shall perform only those techniques and skills taught by the INSTRUCTOR(S), and shall not improvise additional techniques on my own during the course of this instruction. I agree that the INSTRUCTOR(S) have no responsibility to accommodate me or change the instruction of the course. Prior to this course, upon registration process and prior to registration I acknowledge and I read all the requirements of this particular course.
5. I shall immediately notify an INSTRUCTOR(S) of any injury that I receive, or that I observe injury to any other participant.
6. I agree to make every effort to make the training area safe. However, should I become aware of any potentially unsafe aspect of the training area, including unsafe behavior of other participants, I agree to immediately notify the INSTRUCTOR(S).
7. (Firearms Classes ONLY) I agree when arriving or departing range property, I must keep the firearm(s) in a holster loaded/unloaded or unloaded and either cased or with action open, this includes concealed weapons while on the shooting range or any real property where the class instruction is being held.
8. I consent to having my photograph and/or audio and video recording taken while participating at Training Solutions International LLC classes/events. These pictures may be displayed in any and all Training Solutions International LLC publications, including but not limited to newsletters, the official website, brochures, advertisements, and any and all media including video, unlimited by Training Solutions International LLC.
9. (Defensive Tactics and Self Defense Classes ONLY) I acknowledge that the following areas are particularly susceptible to injury. Unless instructed, I will avoid striking them altogether, and I agree to exercise extreme caution when working with or near them in any way: temple, ears, eyes, bridge of nose, upper lip, throat, neck, solar plexus, groin, kidneys, tail bone, spine, all joints, instep, collarbone, lower abdomen.
10. I understand that engaging in defensive techniques, firearms, survival, outdoor, and/or other related classes, courses of instruction, and instructional activities constitutes my involvement in a very hazardous and dangerous activity with the accompanying risks of personal injury or death and loss or damage to personal property, and I hereby voluntarily assume those risks.
11. Should an INSTRUCTOR(S) or any person present at this training event provide transportation in connection with this training, I acknowledge that such transportation is provided solely as a convenience to me and that it, unless stated otherwise, is not part of the training and that the Training Solutions International LLC INSTRUCTOR(S), agents, employees, and staff has no responsibility or liability in connection with the transportation, unless so stated as part of a course.
12. I specifically release the shooting range owner/operator, any property owners/lessees/agents, state and federal government, the event sponsor(s)/class instructor(s), all individuals participating in the administration of the event/class instruction, and the Officers and Directors of any shooting range or venue from any and all claims or liability related to these events/class instructions. I agree to indemnify the above-mentioned entities and individuals for any and all expenses and liability they incur as a result of any of my conduct related to the Training Solutions International LLC shooting events/class instructions.
13. I certify that I am not a fugitive from justice, or under indictment. I have not been convicted of a felony, misdemeanor or any crime. I am not drug or alcohol dependent; I am not under adjudication of mental incompetence; I have not been convicted for domestic violence.
14. I expressly agree that the foregoing, Liability Waiver and Release is intended to be as broad as is permitted by the laws of the United States. I further agree that if any provisions of this agreement are held to be invalid, nevertheless, the balance of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect. WHEREFORE, I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read, acknowledge and understand the LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK and fully understand its terms and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extend allowed by law.
