Work For Us

TSI offers exciting and engaging employment opportunities, check below for all of our current position openings.

PLEASE NOTE: All Occupational Specialty (Job) applications must be submitted along with a Basic Personnel Application, if one has not been submitted yet. The Basic Personnel Application must only be submitted once (during the first application).

TSI Staff Instructors: Are typically full-time or part-time employees of TSI who are usually paid a set hourly rate and primarily focus on training existing TSI curriculum.  TSI Staff Instructors perform their duties as instructors primarily within TSI / C.A.A. and are not permitted to perform professionally as an instructor for compensation in a primary role outside of TSI / C.A.A. without Manager-level permission.  TSI Staff Instructors can be assigned to work as consultants and receive scheduling priority for regular TSI classes. TSI Staff Instructors may become Enterprise Instructors for curriculums they develop themselves (if they are subject matter experts and receive Manager-level approval to do so), in which case they typically receive the same percentage based pay as other Enterprise Instructors do for those courses; or they may be tasked with curriculum development as part of their normal role, in which case they are paid at their normal established hourly rate.

TSI Associate Instructors: Typically enterprise or part-time employees of TSI who serve as subject matter experts for their own enterprise courses or for specific TSI classes and assignments.  Associate Instructors that are Enterprise Instructors are typically paid a percentage rate of what their classes bring in; though in cases where they are a subject matter expert for a specific TSI course, or become qualified to teach regular TSI classes (usually on a backup or reserve basis), then they are paid at an established hourly rate like Staff Instructors are.  Associate Instructors may perform the duties of an instructor for compensation outside of TSI / C.A.A. without needing additional permission; as long as it is not for a direct competitor to TSI (working for a direct competitor requires Manager-level written approval).  Associate Instructors can be assigned to work as consultants in some instances.

TSI Authorized Instructors: Typically external instructors that are not TSI employees or staff, and usually do not have any direct affiliation with TSI other than being trained and authorized to deliver TSI classes and curriculum.  TSI Authorized Instructors typically deliver training within the context of their own companies and organizations (often through an external TSI approved Training Center).
