All of our Online Instructor-Led Courses utilize the Zoom video conferencing software. You can download the Zoom Client for Meetings application by clicking below. If you select a course that is offered in an online instructor-led format, after checking out you will receive an email from a Training Solutions International email address that contains a Zoom link and login information for the class. If you have not received an email make sure to check your spam folder. If you still have not received an email please contact us at least one day prior to the scheduled start date of the class. You will then login to Zoom using the link provided when it is time for your class. The Zoom client application is free to use, paid subscriptions are only required for meeting hosts.
​We are aware of the previous security concerns regarding the Zoom platform. Zoom has been diligent in fixing these issues, and we have implemented security settings on our end to keep students protected while using Zoom. With this in mind, we have decided to continue using Zoom for our courses.
