Basic Unarmed Defense is an essential overview class for anyone that may have to defend themselves quickly, and without using other weapons or tools, in the course of their duties. This comprehensive no-frills course covers a variety of skills necessary to safely and effectively use force and defensive techniques; including: use of force, use of force decision making, defensive stance, unarmed defensive techniques, basic weapon disarming, and movement.

Basic Unarmed Defense is an essential class for anyone that may need to defend themselves without, using weapons, in the course of their duties. This comprehensive no-frills course covers a variety of skills necessary to safely and effectively use common defensive techniques. Including use of force, use of force decision making, defensive stance, unarmed defensive techniques, and simple weapon disarming. This course is taught by certified and experienced defensive tactics instructors. The course completion card is valid for 1 year.
