- In-Person: The class is held in person at one of our training sites.
- Online Instructor-Led: Students complete part online at their own pace, then come in for in-person Skills Sessions.
Description
The CERT Program Manager Course is the course intended to train anyone who will be functioning as the program manager, CERT coordinator, or upper level CERT leadership of a CERT program. The course contains topics such as program structure, policies for volunteers and instructors, how to establish a program, and how to manage resources. Students must attend the entire course in order to receive certification. TSI Maintains a cadre of Master Instructors capable of delivering the CERT Program Manager course.
Course Purpose:
The purpose of this Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program Manager course is to train CERT program leaders in best practices for running a successful CERT program.
