Mission Statement

To Serve God, To Serve Good, To Serve Others.

Purpose

The Trinity International Association is a collective of businesses, non-profits, families, and individuals whose mission is to serve God, serve good, and serve others. The Trinity International Association serves as a vehicle for building mutually beneficial networks, encouraging collaboration, coordination, and cooperation among its members; while pursuing philanthropic and humanitarian goals for the betterment of all.

Origin of the Association

The Trinity International Association was created by the Bower Family in conjunction with the Central Aid Agency and Training Solutions International as a philanthropic and collaboratory initiative.

Goals

  • Advance the cause of and promote Non-Denominational Christian Intellectualism.
  • Create sources of funding through direct donations, grants, and other opportunities for the Central Aid Agency; and for other member non-profits and small businesses.
  • Create and support disaster relief; humanitarianism; history and historical preservation; ethical scientific discovery and exploration; education, especialy S.T.E.M and S.T.E.A.M.; civics, ethical governance, and democratic processes; environmental stewardship and sustainable practices; increasing peace, understanding, and cooperation; and other philanthropic efforts towards ethical and worthy causes aligned with the common good and/or principles of the association.
  • Create a network of collaboration, coordination, and cooperation among members that is mutually beneficial to all.
  • Encouraging innovation and the finding of creative solutions for issues facing our communities and our world; to work towards building a better tomorrow.

Commitment to Ethical Business Practices

All entities owned, controlled, associated with, or are members of the Trinity International Association must demonstrate and practice the 12 Ethical Business Principles including: honesty, fairness, leadership, integrity, compassion, respect, responsibility, loyalty, law-abiding, transparency, and environmentally conscious. They must also act with ethics, integrity, and fairness in how they treat their employees, customers/clients, and others. Entities that do not sufficiently demonstrate or practice these principles, or repeatedly violate them, are subject to removal or disassociation from the Trinity International Association

Code of Conduct

Personnel of the Trinity International Association are required to follow the Trinity International Code of Conduct.  The Code of Conduct also serves as a guideline for the conduct of other member entities when interacting with the Association, or when on Association business.  Repeated blatant infractions to the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary processes or removal from the Association.  Rated personnel are required to additionally follow the Central Aid Agency 12 General Orders of conduct.

  1. Honor Life – Respect the sanctity of life in all its forms, and seek peace whenever possible.

  1. Be of Sound Mind, Body, and Good Conscience – Know right from wrong and avoid bad behavior; especially behavior that is racist, prejudiced, dishonest, unethical, or that brings discredit to yourself or the Association.

  1. Be Wholesome – Strive to demonstrate: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-control. Avoid swearing, cussing, or using vulgar language. Keep your actions and behavior family friendly, kind, polite, thoughtful, and good; as much as it is possible to do so.  You are an example to others and there are already enough examples of bad behavior in the world.

  1. Be Honorable – Practice the Golden Rule (Treat others as you wish to be treated) and strive to do the right thing. Act as peacemakers, comforters, and healers; and avoid being inflammatory. Avoid making decisions rashly based on emotion or ideology.  Always seek and represent truth, and strive to be beyond reproach.

  1. Be Compassionate – Act with compassion, kindness, friendliness, empathy, mercy, and care toward others; especially those you might disagree with. It is very important to make an effort to see good in others. But also do not to encourage or endorse bad or immoral behavior.

  1. Be Professional – Present yourself in a way that conveys professionalism, honor, and integrity. Including not engaging in political activity or wearing political emblems on official Association business or while representing the Association. Official impartiality and neutrality is important to our mission.

  1. Be Responsible – Including not consuming or purchasing alcohol: 1) During any official Association activities, except at an officially authorized formal occasion. 2) While underage. 3) To the point of being intoxicated or impaired while on official Association business or while representing the Association.

  1. Be Healthy – Including not smoking, vaping, using tobacco, marijuana, drugs, or any substances that are psychoactive or impair judgment; or their byproducts (Usage of medical drugs or substances prescribed by a competent physician excluded). Maintain physical ability and fitness to carry out your duties.

  1. Be Dutiful – Abide by the rules, policies, and regulations of the Trinity International Association. Respect cultures and follow the rules and laws of the states and nations where you work, as required by policy.

  1. Recognize Faith – Understand that the Trinity International Association is a faith-based organization and that following Jesus through Non-Denominational Christian Intellectualism is the central focus of the Association. Even if you do not share in the faith yourself, it is important to understand the foundational role that faith plays in the Association. However, you do not have to be a believer to participate, all are welcome.

  1. Be Wise – Strive for knowledge and use good judgment. Consider other perspectives, beliefs, interpretations and biases; and approach issues objectively based on logic and fact. Seek to understand the motivations behind, and basis of, beliefs and actions; both of others and yourself.  Be willing to accept when you are wrong, and treat mistakes as opportunities for learning and growth.  Practice introspection and demonstrate humility.

  1. Be Selfless – Be willing to put the needs of others before yourself and don’t be motivated solely by thought of reward. Realize you may have to sacrifice to help others. Have the mindset of service to the greater good over service to self, but also practice good boundaries.
