To Serve God, To Serve Good, To Serve Others.
The Trinity International Association is a collective of businesses, non-profits, families, and individuals whose mission is to serve God, serve good, and serve others through humanitarian and goodwill initiatives; and to promote ethical practices not driven by greed, that put people and the common good over profits. It is overseen and stewarded by the Bower Family, and managed by the NDCI Christian Order of the Trinity. It serves as a vehicle for building mutually beneficial networks, encouraging collaboration, coordination, and cooperation among its members; while pursuing philanthropic and humanitarian goals for the betterment of all. It and subordinate entities are intended to mirror in practice and style the tenets of a truly Christian community; where everyone is valued equally and the needs and best interests of all are considered by the whole, acknowledging and valuing differences while working together in unity.
The Trinity International Association was created by the Bower Family in conjunction with the Central Aid Agency and Training Solutions International as a philanthropic and collaboratory initiative. It also serves as a mechanism to oversee and manage Bower Family interests, holdings, and organizations.
Impartiality
We are committed to helping everyone equitably. We make no discrimination as to who we serve based on nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, class, political perspective, or otherwise. However we do not encourage or facilitate sinful behavior; rather, we encourage and facilitate people. We also recognize that the issue of sin is largely a personal one, between each person and God directly.
Neutrality
In order to continue to enjoy the confidence of all, the Association has made a commitment not to take sides in hostilities, endorse a political viewpoint or opinion, or engage in product endorsements or political activities; unless directly related or adjacent to our mission. When neutrality cannot be maintained, we strive as much as possible for a moderate fact-based perspective that is strongly rooted in truth.
Independence
The Association is an independent organization and we encourage independent and critical thinking among our members and leadership. Though we value partnerships, and we recognize and respect the rule of law within the respective nations that we operate, we maintain autonomy and independence so that we are able at all times to act in accordance with Association principles and the Will of God.
Service
The core of the Association is our commitment to serve God and serve others. To accomplish this goal with the most effectiveness we are not motivated solely by thought of reward, but rather our duty to serve others in furtherance of the common good.
Faith
The Association is an organization of faith, which we define as a relationship with God through Jesus. We believe that the best way to share our faith is to demonstrate it through action, service, compassion, kindness, and by building relationships with others; it should not be forced or coerced.  Because of this we generally do not proselytize, but will gladly share our faith with anyone that asks.
Leadership
The Association strives to not only be a participant in the fields we serve in, but a leader as well. By working together with other groups through partnership, cooperation, and collaboration we seek to help advance worthy causes for the betterment of all.
Excellence
The Association strives for excellence in everything we do and we put a high value on quality and effective products and services. We are constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve our level of service and capability. By that same token, maintaining high standards of conduct, integrity, and training is central to our mission.
All entities owned, controlled, associated with, or members of, the Trinity International Association must demonstrate and practice the 12 Ethical Business Principles including: honesty, fairness, leadership, integrity, compassion, respect, responsibility, loyalty, law-abiding, transparency, and environmentally conscious. They must also act with ethics, integrity, and fairness in how they treat their employees, customers/clients, and others; and show a genuine interest in philanthropy and the goals of the association, not driven or motivated by greed and self-interest. Entities that do not sufficiently demonstrate or practice these principles, or repeatedly violate them, are subject to removal or disassociation from the Trinity International Association
It is a central belief of the Trinity International Association and its member entities that because most people spend a lot of time at work, even more time than they often get to spend with their own families; it is very important to recognize, honor, and respect that commitment. Therefore business owners, managers, and decision makers, must make a concerted effort to make work environments good and supportive for employees and personnel as much as possible. Including but not limited to providing things like flexibility and adaptability, offering at least living wages, and other employee-focused supportive programs. We must elevate our employees and personnel to at least the same level of importance as our upper management, shareholders, and customers. It takes everyone to make an organization work, and each person is just as important as the next; no matter their specific job, title, or position.
Personnel of the Trinity International Association are required to follow the Trinity International Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct also serves as a guideline for the conduct of other member entities when interacting with the Association, or when on Association business. Repeated blatant infractions to the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary processes or removal from the Association. Rated personnel are required to additionally follow the Central Aid Agency 12 General Orders of conduct.
All members of the Executive Leadership Board take an Oath of Benevolence when they are sworn in; and are members of the Christian Order of the Trinity.
